Job Summary:

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex electronics manufacturing programs, ensuring seamless execution from project initiation to mass production. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, P&L management, CAPEX, budgeting, and SG&A costs while driving customer satisfaction and business profitability. The ideal candidate possesses strong ownership, commitment, and leadership to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Management & Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, deliverables, and financial objectives are met.
• Financial Acumen: Manage P&L, CAPEX, budget planning, and SG&A costs, ensuring project profitability and cost efficiency.
• Manufacturing Expertise: Provide strategic insights into Class 2 & Class 3 electronics manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer expectations.
• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring alignment of project goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Quoting & Cost Analysis (Preferred): Support quoting activities by analyzing costs, material sourcing, and process efficiencies.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Production teams to drive operational excellence.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains, leveraging industry best practices.
• Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate risks by implementing proactive strategies and contingency plans.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, IPC standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to Class 2 & Class 3 products.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing program management, preferably in an international environment.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of PCBA assembly, SMT processes, box build, and testing methodologies.
• Financial Acumen: Expertise in P&L management, CAPEX planning, budget control, and cost structures.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to manage key accounts and customer expectations in a high-demand environment.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Strong analytical skills to drive data-based decisions and resolve project challenges.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
• ERP & Tools: Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems and proficiency in data analysis tools.
