Job Opportunity: SOC L1 - Cybersecurity (OT Networks)

Location: Hybrid in Guadalajara, Mexico

We're hiring a SOC L1 to join our team in Guadalajara and support the security of critical infrastructure in renewable energy OT environments. In this hybrid role, you'll monitor and protect industrial control systems from cyber threats, assist with incident response, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor OT networks for security threats
• Manage user accounts and access control
• Perform routine system maintenance and backups
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and apply mitigations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Technical degree or 3+ years of relevant OT experience
• Experience with NERC CIP, PCI-DSS, NIST, or ISO-27001
• Strong knowledge in server hardware, networking, and cybersecurity
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
