Firefighting equipment distributor and marketer in Latin America seeks expansion

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience, preferably in sectors related to services and commercialization (not manufacturing).
• Proven experience as a CEO or in high-level executive roles (COO, CFO, etc.).
• Experience in managing growing companies and leading transformation processes.
• Proven track record of making strategic decisions that have driven growth and profitability.
• Willingness to travel to the USA, Europe, and Latin America.
• Direct reporting to the company owner.

Education and Training:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. Postgraduate studies, such as an MBA, are highly valued.
• Advanced conversational and business-level proficiency in English.
