Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the automotive industry (experience with brake discs is a plus)
Proficiency in English
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S methodologies
Experience with AutoCAD, BOMs, TAC Time, packaging processes, and approval portals of major global automotive brands
Bonus experience working with clients such as BMW, Audi, Toyota, and Tesla
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize production costs while maintaining cycle time standards and implementing continuous improvement initiatives on production lines
Develop and maintain work instructions, packaging methods, and manufacturing specifications
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce material waste
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline production processes and evaluate potential changes
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support
