Position: Manufacturing Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the automotive industry (experience with brake discs is a plus)
• Proficiency in English
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S methodologies
• Experience with AutoCAD, BOMs, TAC Time, packaging processes, and approval portals of major global automotive brands
• Bonus experience working with clients such as BMW, Audi, Toyota, and Tesla

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize production costs while maintaining cycle time standards and implementing continuous improvement initiatives on production lines
• Develop and maintain work instructions, packaging methods, and manufacturing specifications
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce material waste
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline production processes and evaluate potential changes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support
