CORE MOLGING TECHNOLOGIES is looking for Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team.

II. Requirements

· 5+ years of project management experience planning and using project KPIs ( including budgets for tools and manufacturing costs, PPAP on time, Zero Quality Spills, etc.)

· 5+ years of experience working with customers in a cross-functional matrix environment with Design and Development projects.

· 3+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation

· 3+ years of experience with full product lifecycle management from award through end of life.

· Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary

· Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management

Other Duties

· Support the Sales/Cost estimating processes to assure input on timelines.

• Process Improvement
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization
• Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices
• Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques

III. Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

• High level of proficiency with MS Project to allow clear communication at all levels of the stakeholders

• High level of proficiency with Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint in support of documenting and communicating.

• Proficiency with Product Life Cycle Management and ERP Tools

• Project Management Certifications

• MBA, or proficient in working with project financial reporting.
