Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Master's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, or Environmental topics.
- 5 years of experience in Production or Engineering in Chemical Plants / Managerial or Superintendent level.
- Advanced/Conversational English level (mandatory).
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge in management systems such as: ISO 9000, 14000, SARI, Clean Industry, PSM, or similar systems.
- Knowledge and experience in Project Management and Technology.
- Knowledge in condition-based maintenance systems (Preventive and Predictive).
- Knowledge of Environmental Legislation, STPS regulations, and Safety Standards.
- Budget management and Financial Statement interpretation.
- Management of high-performance teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, process safety, and applicable legal requirements to meet the requirements of our integrated management system.
- Coordinate with the maintenance management team activities and programs to maintain equipment and facilities in good condition and meet production goals.
- Promote the development of technical studies and projects to ensure the improvement of productive areas.
- Promote the update of procedures and instructions for the quality system in coordination with area management teams.
Job Objective:
To lead, control, and manage human, material, and financial resources within optimal utilization parameters to meet safety, environmental, quality, productivity, and production goals.
