SPARE PARTS DIRECTOR - Motorcycle industry

Requirements:

Education: Title and professional license in Engineering or related Bachelor's Degree

Experience: 5 years in similar position (automotive, spare parts or oil for car and motorcycle industries)

Language: Advanced English, Bilingual

Software: Office

Soft skills:

·      Tolerance to frustration

·      Ability to interact with people at different levels and from different countries

·      Teamwork, effective communication, ethics, ability to negotiate

·      Act with security, firmness, be dynamic, leadership

Job responsibilities:

·      Purchase and sale of original and generic spare parts

·      Create purchase orders according with inventory

·      Knowledge in supply chain

·      Market studies: channel/detail, sales channels, placement of products

·      Maximum and minimum inventories

·      Cost forecasts and profitability

·      Verify and guarantee that the suppliers have correct distribution placement (profitability of suppliers)

·      KAM retail personnel management (over 30 collaborators)

·      Follow-up to openings of dealers

Job offer:

Work day: Monday to Friday 8 am to 6 pm

Payment: Biweekly

Salary: $100,000 gross mexican pesos or higher according to experience
