DESCRIPTION

The Operations Intern is in charge of having communication with the shippers and/or receivers in order to create appointments meanwhile providing excellent customer service.

• Communicate with shipper or receiver to create appts, mainly by email or portal
• Weekly delivery of invoices to customer facility
• Creating on loads on our system

REQUIREMENTS

• Perfect English level
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (international business, supply chain, or related field).
• Availability Monday - Friday from 7am to 12pm
