Operations Coordinator I

About the job:

· The primary responsibilities of this position are to maintain and support our GPS navigation application, Geo Fence customer locations as well as create execution related.

· Location codes. A key focus is maintaining and updating GPS routing for accuracy. Any projects/assignments can vary in content and scope, requiring independent judgment in.

· Prioritizing. This position may require contact with other associates, external vendors, driver associates and customers.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Update customer locations in the GPS database for accurate truck entrances.

· Update road restrictions in the GPS to allow for accurate truck routing.

· Create accurate geo fences in various geo fencing tools.

· Monitor driver feedback on GPS routing to maintain accuracy.

· Create driver park location codes.

· Field questions from associates and drivers with routing issues.

· Ability to analyze various courses of action and make recommendations.
