Job Description
Eligibility Requirements:
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· Minimum of (3) Years Aviation experience. Only candidates with experience in the aviation industry will be considered.
· Eligible to live and work in Mexico City
· Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding both Spanish and English, including technical documents.
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must be able to travel to meet with Customer's in various locations as needed (up to 50%)
· Must be skilled with Microsoft Office Suite and have strong IT proficiency
. Cadidates from Aeromexico, Menzies, Swissport, CargoJet, Interjet, Mexicana, DHL, Viva aerobus, etc are very valuable!!
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement effective sales and customer strategies tailored to the Mexico commercial aviation market, achieving and exceeding sales targets for commercial services.
· Collaborate with a team of sales professionals, setting objectives, and managing the Request for Proposal process to achieve high sales volumes and ensure excellent customer service.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the Mexico aviation industry clients and key stakeholders.
· Coordinate with in-house legal counsel to negotiate contracts and close agreements that maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Identify emerging markets and market trends in Mexico while staying informed about new airlines, products, services, and competition.
· Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts to assist in the company planning and resource allocation.
· Manage customer data within SalesForce, including maintaining accurate contact details, opportunity descriptions, and timely updates.
· Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales and marketing strategies.
· Actively participate in weekly sales calls, providing updates on opportunities in Mexico.
· Attend industry organizations, events, and conferences to generate new business leads and stay updated on trends in the Mexico aviation sector.
· Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity in Mexico, providing actionable feedback to company leadership.
· Resolve key customer issues and conflicts, taking responsibility for high-priority matters.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and constant communication.
· Participate in sales training programs for both new and existing staff.
· Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports, delivering presentations to the management team.
· Analyze data to identify sales opportunities and define strategies for targeted sales approaches.
· Enhance team productivity by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools to support sales.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp, climb, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
· Ability to lift 25 pounds or more.
· Be able to hear and respond to spoken instructions and alarms in a terminal environment.
