Import Export Specialist

Essential experience:

Import/export coordination and supervision (customs clearance).

Tracking Materials in transit (Maritime, Air and Ground shipments).

Communication with Customs Brokers & Carriers.

Prepare and maintain the paperwork associated with trade and shipment of goods.

Record control, documentary matrix.

Coordinates the International Logistics (Boarding quotes, Coordinate the Freights).

Keep updating the Import/Export System (Annex 24) of records of foreign trade goods according to Data Stage Integrity.

Coordinate virtual operations, shipments, HTS report, legal documents, etc.

IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT certification, INCOTERMS, free trade agreements, tariff preferences

Certificates of origin

Control payments from customs agencies and carriers.

Customs law.

Keep updated KPI's

Essential profile:

Education. Engineer or Bachelor's degree.

English (mandatory)
