Main Purpose: Ensure the effective and efficient operation of the warehouse´s inventory management processes. This role is crucial for maintaining the balance between supply and demand, finance and warehouse operation, optimizing storage space, and ensuring that Inbounds reception, daily inventory reconciliation, and outbound shipped out correctly. 

Warehouse Inventory Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the warehouse operates efficiently, inventory is managed accurately, and the organization can meet its operational and customer service goals.  

Position Requirements:  

• Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineer. (preferred in Supply Chain or Operations). 
• Fluent English required (Advanced). 

Experience: 

• Experience in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, CPG/Food Industry Supply Chain preferred. 
• Familiar in leveraging the ERP system. 
• Experience in formal S&OP and DRP processes with additional background in financial reporting. 
• Experience on Electronic Data Interchange in specific to Inventory Related documents

• EDI945 Warehouse Shipping Advise 
• EDI943 Warehouse Stock Transfer Shipping Adivse  
• EDI944 Warehouse stock Transfer Receipt Advise 

Knowledge and Technical Requirements  

• Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques. 
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Job Accountabilities: 

• Inventory Control and Accuracy FGI reconciliation across RDC´s on a daily basis. 
• Reports out days on hand in both quantity and value, aged fruit, inventory adjustments. 
• Collaborates with cross functional departments to minimize cost of capital. 
• Leads organization to drive Lot # integrity throughout Supply Chain. 
• Leads cross functional teams to identify and correct root causes that leads for Stock Transfers (inbounds) and shipped Sales orders to be open.
