Description

• Oversee the site NDT training program to qualify level II & I inspectors in FPI and CR.
• Enforce strict compliance with NDT standards and other industry regulations.
• Guide continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Train and mentor team members in NDT methods and quality procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Report on key quality metrics to senior management.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the department's efficiency.

Profile

A successful Quality Engineering Supervisor - NDT level III should have:

• Current or prior documented Level III Certification for FPI and CR in accordance with NAD 410 or ASNT SNT-TC-1A
• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in NDT methods and quality control procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
