? Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or related.
• Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in automotive quality, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Certification: IATF 16949 (mandatory). Internal/external auditor certification is a plus.
• Proficient in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Experience dealing with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 is a plus).
• English: Advanced (spoken and written).

• Lead the quality management system in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, and other applicable standards.
• Oversee the customer quality, supplier quality, in-process quality, and laboratory departments.
• Develop and maintain internal and external audits (IATF, customer, corporate).
• Handle customer audits and certifications, leading corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure compliant products.
• Implement quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Monitor and analyze key quality indicators (PPM, scrap rate, rework, claims).
• Develop and train the quality team in methodologies and automotive standards.
• Manage customer relationships in quality-related topics and problem-solving (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa).
• Lead continuous improvement plans (Kaizen, Six Sigma).
