About this Position
The TeamManager will be responsible for overseeing the Lifecycle Management (LCM)process. This includes providing immediate guidance and coaching to Team Leads,who in turn supervise operational team members. The Team Manager will set cleartargets, implement guidelines, and offer support for any issues that arisewithin the team. Additionally, they will ensure the effective execution of allLCM activities through established tools and processes, while maintainingadherence to SLAs. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders toagree on necessary modifications for the LATAM and NA regions, coordinatingspecial projects, managing future migrations, fostering people development, andnurturing leadership growth to support the digital transformation mindsetwithin the team.

What you'll do
- Responsiblefor overseeing the Lifecycle Management (LCM) process
- Providingimmediate guidance and coaching to Team Leads, who in turn superviseoperational team members
- Identify team members skills opportunities for development, according to strategies
- Ensure adherence to HR policies to maintain alignment with local entities' processes.
- Communication with local users to provide a good service, avoid escalations, increasing good perception of LCM process at GBS+ Mexico
- Ensure the comprehension and adherence of the internal CS (Corporate Standards) within the team members.
- Ensure timeline delivery of activities, identify potential of improvements based on HR and GBS vision.
- Analyse Key Performance Indicators and satisfaction results for team strategy definition.
- Inspiring and implementing Continuous Improvement Culture within the team members.
- Ensure maintenance of Quality Management System in accordance to ISO 9001:2015 norm
- Collaboratingwith stakeholders to agree on necessary modifications for the LATAM and NAregions
- Experience in people management
- Conflict management and problem solution skills
- Effective communication within team and with stakeholders
- Previous experience in Project Management
- Digital and continuous growth mindset
- SAP, Office and Power BI management
