Maintenance engineer (Over 5 years of experience with cnc & assembly maintenance)

Career: Maintenance related career.

Requirements:

• Intermediate English level (should be able to read and speak in English)
• Electrical/mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic drawing reading capacity.
• Experience with cnc machines (Lathe, MCTS, Thread rollers)
• Experience with Assembly machines.
• Microsoft office package management. (Excel, PPT, Word, email)
• PLC skills (LS, Mitsubishi, etc..)
• Experience with automated robots (ABB ,Hyundai)
• Experience with personnel management.
• Experience using root cause analysis methods (Fishbone, 5 why, etc...)

Desired:

• Experience with cnc programming
• Experience with conventional lathe machines & milling machines.

Main job tasks:

-Ensure the correct operation of the Assembly and CNC machinery

-Execution of preventive/predictive maintenance to the ASSEMBLY and CNC machinery

-Execution of Line Improvements based on Production or quality necessities

-Management of repair result registrations and reports.

-EHS & hazardous waste disposal.

-Management of technicians.

-Development & execution of cost saving activities

-Supplier management.

-Securement of Spare part availability.

-Ensure compliance of KPI objectives & result report.
