- Organize, moderate and follow-up meetings with the production operators
- Assure a good communication between all people working in his area (service departments, operators)
- Execution of worker distribution at the beginning of the shift
- Definition of production priorities based on the TOC overview
- Confirmation of production figures
- Treatment of scrap and line breakdowns
- Responsible for the release of the production line
- Assure the use of tools like VV's (Continuous Improvement Suggestions)
- Execute performance evaluations, including training plans
- Assures punctual production for internal and external customers
- High awareness of production relevant performance indicators incl. health & safety & environment
- People planning based on the customer demands
- Continuously work on scrap reduction topics
- Follow-up of production relevant KPI`s
- Labor education
- Continuous improvement
