Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Senior CNC Programmer (Punching and Laser), located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

What a typical day looks like:

• Perform CNC programming (punching and laser cutting processes).
• Project management of cost reduction projects (material cost reduction and cycle time reduction).
• Support implementation of engineering changes (ECO). (desirable)
• NPI (New product development, tool design, DFN, etc.).

The experience we are looking for to join our team:

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering completed.
• Experience in the metalworking industry.
• Knowledge in Drawing Interpretation (GD&T).
• Knowledge in G&M codes.
• Knowledge in Amada (punching machines) and Trumpf (laser cutting) machinery.
• Knowledge in materials: (heat treatments, types of materials, etc.).
• Experience in design (fixture, poka-yoke).
• Solid works knowledge.
• Experience with NPI.
• Intermediate English.
• Personnel management.
