Position objective:
Plans, oversees and coordinates all Quality activities and operations, such as Quality Department budgeting and planning, Quality System Management, process and product control including non-conformity treatment, customer claim Management, Metrology and audit activities in line with defined control plans, instructions and methods to meet quality standards and target performance. Presents the customers inside the plant.
Requirements:
- 2 years in similar position
- Bachelor's degree Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering)
- 2 years as Quality Management position in automotive manufacturing environment
- Quality standards and system regulations (ISO, IATF, VDA) knowledge
- Manufacturing processes and associated technologies, Process improvement techniques knowledge
- Audit techniques, Quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.),
- Continuous improvement techniques,
- MES and ERP knowledge
- MS Office proficient
- Schedule availability
- Availability of travel
- Follow up inspection plans for raw material & Customer Impacts
- Review and disposition of previous shift suspect material
- Rejection areas audits and RMA process
- Corrective actions follow up and verify

Main responsibilities:
- Follow up inspection plans for raw material & Customer Impacts
- Review and disposition of previous shift suspect material
- Rejection areas audits and RMA process
- Corrective actions follow up and verify
- Oversees Quality System Management activities such as managing and coordinating documents, procedures handbooks, quality & environment manuals in accordance with defined policies and procedures. Monitors, approves and shares documents review, under the updated revision in line with standards, Quality Management System and/or customer requirements.
- Ensures received raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods conformity in accordance with control plans and procedures. Monitors incoming non-conformity management, suppliers claim and quality performance.
- Oversees the application of suitable methods for measurement and Monitoring process parameters ensuring product conformity according to predefined instructions. Manages process parameters deviations.
- Oversees the application of control plans, methods and instructions for measuring and monitoring manufactured cables characteristics during all the different steps of production. Follows up, product control results, product transfer for rework process and Manages deviation requests.
- Oversees supplier's claims management process by ensuring supplier audits and visits, issuance in time of 8D reports and/or presentation including root causes analysis and finalized actions plan in order to guarantee high level of customer satisfaction. Communicates supplier assessment results to concerned parts and assures effective and proactive customer support for problem solving and improvement proposal. Represent the customers for suppliers in matters related to quality, ensuring their needs and expectations. Validates, coordinates and monitors internal and external audits activities. Oversees action plans progress, follows up and Measures defined corrective actions effectiveness in order to ensure Quality System coherence, manufacturing processes compatibility and customer requirements.
- Prepares and controls the annual Quality budget and strategic plans. Prepares, communicates and reviews Quality KPI's and defines accordingly continuous improvement plans of processes, procedures and systems to meet the Quality Department and the Company's objectives.
- Develops a high performing Quality plant Teams. To be the representative of the product and security. Complies with the Quality and EHS Systems requirements. Minimizing negative impacts and doing each activity considering our environmental commitments and objectives.
