Important International Company dedicated to manufacturing seeks a "Electronic and/or electronic engineer with experience in production plants"
REQUIREMENTS:
- ?Industrial, electromechanical, mechatronic engineering or similar (completed).
- Minimum of 4 years experience as Production Manager in the Electromechanical, automotive, assembly sector (essential).
- Fluent business English (essential).
- Availability to travel to China and Germany for training.
- Have a valid visa and passport (essential).
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), lean manufacturing, interpretation of electronic diagrams, functional testing processes, SMT assembly.
- SAP management (warehouses and/or production).
- Experience in project management.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Experience in manufacturing processes: SMT, Backend, assembly.
- Project management and cost reduction.
- Experience in production efficiency calculation.
- Wave soldering.
- Testing (ICT, FCT).
- Assembly processes.
- Management of electronic production equipment.
- Electronic manufacturing processes and quality.
- PMC.
Job responsibilities:
- Supervise manufacturing lines (electromechanical and assembly).
- Manage performance indicators and production control tools.
- Manage work teams (operational staff and area team leader).
- Balance lines and use tools for demand vs. capacity analysis.
- Manage 5S programs.
- Perform functional testing processes.
- Deal with internal and external clients.
