The Global Business Services team helps drive BD forward by seeking out and implementing innovative ways to operate effectively and efficiently.
This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the integration of systems and business processes within an organization.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Identify which processes are suitable for migration
- Set clear objectives and define expected benefits
- Create detailed future-state process designs for supply chain finance workflows
- Define technology requirements and system changes needed
- Establish clear roles and responsibilities between GBS and local teams
- Design of governance structure and escalation paths
- Develop standard operating procedures
- Train GBS staff on supply chain finance processes and systems
- Conduct knowledge validation sessions
- Transition Management
- Provide hypercare support during the initial transition period
- Monitor process performance using predefined KPIs
- Implement quick fixes for emerging issues.
MUST:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, IT, or equivalent
- English Advance-Fluid
- At least 5 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
- At least 6 years of experience in the next expertise:
- Experience in GBS Transformation & Process Optimization
- Expertise in Process Assessment & Design
- Technology & System Integration Skills
- Project & Transition Management Expertise
- Training & Knowledge Transfer
- Data-Driven & ROI-Focused Decision-Making
- Experience with ERP systems SAP MM, SAP FICO
Preferred:
- Experience with ERP systems, automation tools, and process digitalization.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, or PMP.
