JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Background:
- Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Professional Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in online sales and digital marketing within a consumer product company.
- Proven track record of managing eCommerce accounts and driving sales growth.
? Trade Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the eCommerce environment, including competition, brands, and market trends.
- Familiarity with digital innovations and breakthroughs in the industry.
Customer Focus:
- Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
- Commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
?ACTIVITIES:
The main purpose of the EKAM for Marketplaces position is to drive growth and increase consumer satisfaction by developing, managing, and executing online sales strategies. This includes building strong relationships with key marketplaces, optimizing sales performance, and leveraging support from Mkt, Supply, Finance, Communication, Digital and Ecomm Activators. The role involves staying ahead of market trends, including social eCommerce and delivery platforms, to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop eCommerce Sales Roadmap:
- Stay ahead of market trends, including advancements in social eCommerce and integration with delivery platforms.
- Facilitate high-level strategic meetings with key customers to strengthen relationships and discuss long-term plans
- Ensuring the Correct Products and Services are Delivered to Customers in a Timely Manner:
- Optimize costs and return on investments
- Build a Joint Business Plan with the customers
- Develop specific product/category forecasts based on customer activity and market seasonality.
- Analyze trends and needs for each category and key products.
- Provide expertise and support for other eRetailers, ensuring consistent strategy and approach.
- Implement and monitor initiatives that drive incremental sales and customer engagement.
- Monitor and Report Weekly to the N+1
- Respect and Execute the Corporate Brands Strategy
