The Opportunity
Collaborate with the Field Sales Operations (FSO) Manager to empower our frontline sales team with clear communications, effective reporting, and optimized processes and systems. Continuously assess and refine these systems to ensure the business is using the most efficient methods to drive results and enhance team capabilities.
Your Impact
As a Merchandiser Sales Support Analyst, you will:
Functional Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Field Sales Operations Manager to provide daily support to the national field sales team, including planning and communicating execution priorities.
- Compile and create field communications, such as the Monthly Field Execution Deck, 1-1 packs, and ad-hoc information, highlighting key execution priorities, Big Bets, and promotional activities.
- Lead the review of existing field sales tools and work with IT to test and launch new systems that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage the administration of the NewsPage system, a critical tool for the field sales team.
- Ensure the field team has all necessary information and guidance through well-crafted Playbooks.
- Oversee and manage merchandising functions like Promo Checks, and related reporting.
- Implement system enhancements and pilot new back-office systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot daily Level 1 system and field issues, serving as the primary point of contact for the field sales team.
- Proactively collaborate with the India Digital Factory and other teams to stay updated on the latest cutting-edge technologies and solutions for field sales management.
- Prepare and share solution overviews, including key features, benefits, and use cases, with the FSO Manager.
- Support the Sales Operations team by handling key tasks during team members' leave.
People Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with Field Sales Managers, understanding their needs and driving improvements in services and support within the India, Australia, and New Zealand Cluster.
- Work closely with India's support team on performance tracking and general support for Field Sales.
- Assist in preparing materials for regular business meetings and actively participate in group discussions.
- Support the Australia and New Zealand Cluster Sales Leader in all initiatives to enhance Global Business Services offerings.
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advaced English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable with large sets of data and reporting tools
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience using Excel.
