We are seeking a bi-lingual Data Analist (Spanish / English) to join our team at a Digital Agency. This role will report into the Head (the Based in the US). This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data related to marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire relevant data from various sources, such as advertising campaigns, social media, and analytical platforms.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of collected data to inform strategic decisions.
- Transform raw data into understandable formats to assess the performance of marketing strategies and make it presentable for the client
- Identify market opportunities and client opportunities for upselling and cross selling and present them to the internal stakeholders
- Prepare data for analysis, removing inconsistencies and ensuring data integrity
- Conduct statistical analyses to assess the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Identify patterns in customer behavior and propose strategic adjustments.
- Create visually appealing reports that effectively communicate campaign performance and identified opportunities.
- Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or marketing analytics platforms
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to understand goals, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights that enhance strategies
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Practical experience with data analysis tools and marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of key marketing metrics and performance analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.
