The Opportunity
Responsible for analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to support data-driven decision-making in the snack business. Translates insights into strategic recommendations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand, marketing, and sales performance.
Your Impact
As Consumer Insights Assoc Manager your scope would consist of
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics to drive strategic decisions.
- Design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research to uncover consumer needs.
- Develop insights that shape brand positioning, category growth, and innovation strategies.
- Measure brand health, market share, and campaign effectiveness to optimize performance.
- Lead end-to-end innovation evaluation, from concept testing to post-launch performance tracking.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and finance teams to integrate insights into business planning.
¿Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in market research within FMCG, with expertise in quantitative and qualitative research.
- Experience managing and leading partner research agencies to deliver insights and support business strategies.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and effectively.
