About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Paid Media Manager. In this role you will spearhead the management of our paid media campaigns, focusing on our direct-to-consumer offerings. Your responsibilities will encompass creating campaign strategies, initial setup, ongoing optimizations, and managing creative experiments, culminating in comprehensive performance reporting. We are looking for a candidate who can blend strategic thinking with tactical execution, leveraging data analysis and testing to achieve efficient campaign results. Collaboration with marketing, product, and finance teams is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities- Manage global paid media campaigns across digital channels (search, social, display, video), focusing on customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV)
- Oversee complete campaign management - targeting, segmentation, keyword research, competitive analysis, messaging, and creative execution
- Collaborate with our internal creative team and agencies for creative asset ideation and optimization
- Develop and implement an experimentation roadmap to enhance performance and discover new opportunities, including A/B testing and channel lift testing
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, aligning with business goals and providing insights for growth
- Predict channel forecasts and budget recommendations, adjusting campaign strategies based on performance insights
- Maintain strong relationships with digital ad platforms and external vendors
- Experience in evaluating campaign incrementality and scaling advertising investment.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in performance media, paid social, and paid search, preferably in e-commerce or similar industries with direct response objectives
- Proficiency in targeting/optimization techniques and testing methods across various ad platforms
- Proven experience with media optimization, marketing attribution, and alternative measurement methodologies
Preferred Skills and Experience- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with data-driven decision-making
- Experience in user-based or geographic lift testing, and A/B or multivariate testing for ads and landing pages
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging various stakeholders across different teams
- Ability to present and document analyses and influence key business decisions
- A commitment to rapid iteration in a fast-paced environment, setting and meeting ambitious goals.
