We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Manager to oversee the development and lifecycle of our products. The Product Manager will act as a bridge between stakeholders, including customers, engineering teams, and business units, to deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands and align with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and deliverables.
• Prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of the product, from concept to sunset.
• Ensure proper documentation and training materials are available for product adoption.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related role.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (eg. Visio, Jira, Trello) and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Consumer and fast-moving consumer good
• Certified as a Product Manager
• English Fluent
