The main business covers commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, automotive assemblies, components, machinery and equipment, as well as other automotive related products and services.
We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic planning and execution:
Formulate network development strategy: According to the overall strategy of the company, formulate the development plan of the heavy truck sales and service network, and clarify the short-term and long-term goals.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs to ensure that the network layout is in line with market needs.
Goal setting : Set specific KPIs for network development, such as the number of dealers, market coverage, sales targets, etc.
2. Network development and management
Dealer network Construction: Responsible for the development, evaluation and signing of new dealers, to ensure that the network covers the target area.
Existing network optimization: Regularly evaluate the performance of existing dealers, provide support or optimize adjustments.
Regional coverage: Ensure that the network covers key markets and balances the layout of urban and rural areas.
3. Partner management
Relationship Maintenance: Maintain good relationship with dealers, service providers and other partners to ensure smooth cooperation.
Training and Support : Provide product, sales and service training to partners to enhance their business capabilities.
Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the performance of partners, provide suggestions for improvement or adjust cooperation strategies.
4. Sales and Marketing support
Sales Support: Assist dealers to improve sales performance, provide marketing and sales strategy support.
Marketing activities: Plan and execute marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and market share.
Customer feedback: Collect customer feedback to optimize products and services.
5. Data Analysis and reporting
Data Monitoring: Monitor network development data, such as sales, market coverage, customer satisfaction, etc.
Report preparation.
6. Risk Management and Compliance
Requirements:
- 10+years of experience with Medium & Heavy Trucks
- Experience in Kenworth, Flightliner,International, Hino.
- Learning internal and external customers, understanding customers' demands and response promptly.
- Advanced English is requiered
Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 hrs.
