TOTAL REWARS ANALYST - REMOTE POSITION (MÉXICO).
?Role Definition:
Plans, designs, evaluates and administers employee compensation and benefit programs such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job evaluations, performance appraisals, retirement plans, and life, health and disability insurance.
Job Summary:
This role provides analytical support for the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs including job evaluation, salary planning, savings plans, and group insurance. This role must understand and apply principles and practices of total rewards as well as create training and communication materials.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for coordination of appropriate compensation and benefits surveys in partnership with the broader Total Rewards function
· Analyse and make recommendations regarding the LATAM market reference points
· Analyse and develop the organization's compensation and benefits programs
· Assist in the implementation of base pay, incentive programs and benefits programs
· Evaluate and recommend levelling of jobs
· Assist in the education of HR on annual compensation planning, incentives, compensation offers, and global job framework
· Review proposed salary increases and provide feedback based on analysis of the labour market and internal equity
· Analyse and forecast the cost of compensation and benefits programs
· Support the creation of total rewards communications and training
· Support the policy review and insurance renewals
Requirements
· Typically requires a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration
· 2 years of experience in Compensation& Benefits
· Education and Experience
· Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience.
· Knowledge Fiscal & Labor Legal regulation
· General understanding of global survey providers (interpretation/participation)
· Solid analytics skills
· Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
· South America and/or Costa Rica experience preferred
