To administer and manage payroll processing and employee benefits to ensure timely and accurate compensation, in compliance with current labor regulations and internal company policies.
Main Responsibilities:
Payroll Processing: Prepare, review, and process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
Tax and Deduction Calculations: Ensure correct calculation of taxes, deductions, and social security contributions in line with local regulations.
Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, vacation days, and other compensation.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve inquiries or issues related to payroll or benefits.
Data Updates: Keep payroll and benefits records up-to-date within HR management systems.
Legal Compliance: Ensure payroll and benefits practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
Reporting and Audits: Generate payroll and benefits reports and support internal or external audits.
.Create and maintain complete and updated legal files for employees.
Collaborate with the HR team to constantly improve department processes and policies.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
Experience: 5 years in payroll processing, benefits, and compensation.
Knowledge: Familiarity with payroll systems and HR software, Knowledge of applicable labor and tax regulations.
Skills:
Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem-solving abilities and effective response to employee inquiries.
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.
