We are a growing company seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager specializing in recruitment for a bilingual call center. If you have extensive experience in talent management, hiring strategies, data analysis, and recruitment process optimization, this is your opportunity!
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract and recruit qualified candidates for the bilingual call center.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and create tailored recruitment plans.
Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal referrals to identify candidates.
Implement and manage digital recruitment strategies to reach a broader audience.
Develop and enhance employer branding and improve candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Analyze and implement recruitment software and profiling tools (e.g., leadership, strengths, emotional intelligence assessments, etc.).
Conduct strategic pre- and post-hiring analysis based on data and business intelligence.
Perform market benchmarking related to benefits, salaries, communication, and process awareness.
Conduct interviews that assess not only skills and experience but also values and cultural fit.
Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs or open houses to attract a diverse talent pool.
Manage the offer process, negotiate compensation packages, and coordinate background checks and pre-employment assessments.
Implement and monitor an applicant tracking system, controlling early turnover and ensuring recruitment quality.
Establish and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors to strengthen recruitment processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in hiring and apply innovative strategies.
Oversee internal processes and budgets related to recruitment.
Facilities Management:
Supervise and control administrative and operational processes for the Mexico City office (maintenance, security, cleaning, utilities, parking, etc.).
Oversee vehicle fleet management, including maintenance, taxes, inspections, and incidents.
Coordinate internal health and wellness programs, including health campaigns and preventive care through an in-house doctor.
Supervise emergency brigade programs to ensure office and employee safety.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management and recruitment within bilingual call center environments (Spanish-English).
Advanced English proficiency
Advanced Excel skills
Solid experience implementing digital recruitment strategies and employer branding.
Advanced knowledge of recruitment tools, software, and profiling assessments.
Advanced experience with WORKDAY.
Ability to develop strategic data analysis on turnover, hiring, and performance.
Strong negotiation skills, benefits analysis, and recruitment budget management.
Experience in facilities management and supervision of administrative and operational services.
Proficiency in talent management tools, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment metrics.
Proactive attitude, leadership skills, and team collaboration.
