Responsible for talent acquisition and organization effectiveness across the regions
Elevate the Employee “First 90 Day” experience
Support brand development and talent acquisition within the Center's community
Coordinate with HR and Center Directors to manage the “Employee Qualifications & Compliance Program”
Collaborates with school and regional leaders to address all areas from talent acquisition, to optimizing classroom/teacher ratios and compensation.
Coordinates with ELA functional teams (e.g., payroll, accounting, HRBPs, Operation leadership) to monitor Talent acquisition budgets and effectiveness of campaigns
Coordinates with ELA Marketing Manager on promotional materials
Provides regular reports to Center Directors and Regional leaders on recruiting costs, open positions, time to hire,
Coordinates with HRIS, payroll and Center Director to ensure onboarding & orientation happens timely
Experience with optimizing organizational structure in childhood industry
Develops processes and improvement opportunities for onboarding, including automation of processes to alleviate burden on Center Directors
Ensures all new hire documents and onboarding happens in timely manner
Conduct “Employee Experience” surveys at operational level
Closely supports Center Directors/managers to ensure “Employee Engagement” happens
Tracks Licensing and supports the automation of tracking credentials, education
Coordinate background screening and reference checking
Collaborates with Marketing Manager and Operations leadership to create training materials for localized Talent acquisition
Conduct training for effective hiring, interviewing and onboarding talent
Train managers on using the applicant tracking system
Supports the Human Resources Business Partner on the full employee life-cycle
Process New Hire paperwork, including offer letter generation and entry into HRIS
Develop processes and supporting documentation for onboarding, performance management, off- boarding and the full employee life-cycle
Support the HR infrastructure development
Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
Four years talent acquisition experience, preferably in the early Childhood Education industry
Knowledge of state employment laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree preferred, or the equivalent experience and education in Human Resources
PHR or SPHR certification or completion of relevant certificate program preferred
Experience holding virtual job fairs
Four years' experience in training and development preferred
Four years' experience leveraging social media for talent acquisition
Experience with at least one HRIS
Experience with various applicant tracking systems and various hiring platforms
Experience building relationships across multiple states
Outstanding computer skills including Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen aptitude in problem-solving
Strong time management skills
