The Role:
In this role the candidate is required to work onsite at the client 5 days a week in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico
The general hours for the role are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
What we are looking for
A client service-oriented attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
As a Recruitment Administrator you will support the client recruitment process and have responsibility for candidate care and administrative support associated with a candidate's application process through to their onboarding.
This professional will be responsible for identifying and assessing the different profiles for hourly positions, such as: Group Leader, Operator Specialists and Quality Inspector.
Key Accountabilities:
· Review background of candidates to assess their general fit
· Interview candidates to assess their qualifications by validating their profile, experience, shift availability, transportation, interests, commitment, logic.
· Keep clear communication (written, verbal) in meetings with Hiring Managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes.
· Reporting and maintaining data integrity.
· Schedule and confirm internal promotions interviews
· Follow up with the candidates throughout the process, keep pipeline candidates to validate their interest and motivate them to participate in our process
Skills & Experience:
· University graduate (BA, Psychologist, Engineering)
· Preferred Basic English
· 2 years experience in recruiting processes in a fast-growing company
· Knowledge of application tracking systems (preferable Workday, Taleo) and excel data reporting
· Good communication skills (oral and written), especially in listening and persuasion
· Great organizational capacity with marked attention to detail
· Flexibility and adaptability to constant changes
