Job Summary:
Intugo, mexican company dedicated to the growth and development of its customers under the direction of trained personnel in collaboration with his international client with worldwide growth in the medical sector is looking for a profile who has the experience manage large groups of collaborators, maintain the efficient environment and comply with established protocols and standards.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
-Experience in employee relations, employee engagement, broad knowledge of the Mexican Labor Law
-Knowledge of work standards and legal protocols
-Involvement with a headcount around 500 employees
-Interpersonal and communication skills, leader profile
