HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & Sourcing (E-commerce Industry)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager – Talent Acquisition & Sourcing to lead and execute recruitment strategies for our e-commerce business. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and sourcing top talent to support the company's rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, sourcing strategies, and workforce planning within the e-commerce sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles.
- Leverage job boards, professional networks, social media, and databases to source active and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, assess qualifications, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in an e-commerce or fast-paced digital industry.
- Experience recruiting for technology, marketing, logistics, and customer service roles within e-commerce.
- Access to their own candidate database.
- Candidates with experience in labor export companies or human resources companies are preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in English is required.
