JOB SUMMARY
The Recruiting Specialist will attract candidates that fit the TPNSR agent profile through the means of the assigned recruitment source.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Elaborate and execute strategies to attract candidates through the assigned recruitment source, including but not limited to Government job fairs, University relations, University Job fairs, in-company courses and tours and scouting, Marketing, Internet job postings and findings, etc.
- Actively support the recruiting team if needed in different tasks such as telerecruitment.
- Participate in the weekly performance one on one with supervisor.
- Report on competition and market trends information.
Field Recruiting Specialist:
- Investigate and maintain updated in external events related to Job seeking.
- Maintain and create relationship with external institutions related to Job seeking opportunities or that might represent a recruiting source.
- Execute strategy to attract the highest number of effective candidates through field initiatives.
- Analyse field-recruiting sources to select those that provide the highest effectiveness.
Internet Recruiting Specialist:
- Search for new internet web pages to post vacant positions and search for candidates.
Creation of new internet recruitment strategies aligned with Social Media strategies.
