In this position you will create, develop and implement training plans based on internal client needs according to a Training Needs Analysis, improving processes and optimizing resources so that company members have the tools and skills to execute activities correctly.
Activities:
Plan and implement the Annual Training Plan to develop the skills and abilities of company members.
Plan the logistics of training events ensuring that attendees have adequate invitations, materials and facilities to attend the training session.
Develop training plans that integrate technical skills and competencies.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, Security, Safety, Health and Environmental responsibilities and external compliance regulation and legislation (Attend inspections by STPS to verify and comply with the current regulations).
Execute onboarding process for new hires.
Training Needs Analysis (DNC) Design and update the training process
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
3+ years of experience
Strong project management and people coaching skills
Advanced English required.
Confident and effective communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels
Organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
