HR Generalist
We are seeking a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is key in supporting a wide range of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and coordinating hiring logistics.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and operations.
2. Employee Relations
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address and resolve workplace issues, supporting a respectful and inclusive work environment in line with company policies.
3. Performance Management
- Assist in managing the performance review process, including scheduling evaluations, gathering feedback, and tracking progress.
- Collaborate with managers to identify development areas and support performance improvement plans.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Administer and communicate employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Contribute to compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and internal equity assessments.
5. HR Compliance & Administration
- Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records and assist in generating HR-related reports and analytics.
6. Training & Development
- Coordinate learning and development opportunities aligned with business goals and compliance needs.
- Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.
7. Employee Engagement
- Support initiatives that foster employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
- Assist in planning and executing events, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS or other HR management tools.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
