• General Education Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level in Human Resources or related field
• EXPERIENCE General Experience Associate – At least one year of relevant working experience.
• Senior/Specialist – Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in L&D or related field.
• Experience in designing, developing, delivering and evaluating training programs is preferred. Must be conversant with various technological tools ranging from LMS, authoring and video editing tools to virtual classroom and collaboration tools, social learning platforms etc.

Responsabilities

• Specialist will coordinate with Comms team to communicate and brainstorm ideas to promote learning programmes to employees prior to implementation phrase and ensure learning transfer post-trainings to drive a culture of continuous professional development.
• - Senior/Specialist will update the Global L&OD calendar, Bridge (i.e., intranet) on training initiatives for employees' visibility in line with L&D team's vision -
• In addition, Senior Specialist will create and implement a regular maintenance schedule for all existing items in the LMS to ensure they are accurately represented in the system. -
• Senior Specialist will also serve as the LMS subject matter expert to test and implement LMS upgrades and enhancements and maintain the overall user experience. - Senior/Specialist will also deliver training programs on short courses, assist other facilitators during workshops for role playing etc. using a variety of methods, such as classroom, virtual sessions, on-the-job training etc.
