Description
The Human Resources Intern provides operational and administrative support in key processes, promoting standardization, documentation, and improvement of policies, talent programs, and plant procedures. Ensures the proper implementation of corporate initiatives and the monitoring of indicators and development programs.
Role Responsibilities and Scope
All responsibilities include, but are not limited to the below outline
- Provide support with internal Human Resources policies.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of job descriptions and learning curves.
- Participate in the standardization and improvement of onboarding, induction, and training processes by plant.
- Support the organization of internal training.
- Provide administrative follow-up on talent development programs, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and file updates.
- Assist in preparing internal audits by reviewing documents and ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Provide operational support in HRBP activities such as identifying training needs and developing development plans.
Requirements
- Recent graduate from Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or similar.
- At least 6 months' experience in human resources activities as intern or in professional practices.
- Intermediate Excel knowledge.
- Fluent English level is required.
- Availability of working full-time at Toreo Parque Central (hybrid model).
