What You Will Do:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer extension and Preboarding.
• Develop and execute innovative local sourcing strategies and pipeline creation to attract and identify a diverse pool of high-quality and contribution motivated candidates.
• Engage with hiring supervisors to understand hiring needs and develop job profiles that align with business goals.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit by applying the PBH approach.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Engage prospects and candidates (internal & external) on their unique needs to build long-term relationships.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and border labor market analysis.
• Proven experience in manufacturing environments and local recruiting Nogales strategies.
• Experience in recruitment for salaried manufacturing and technical positions.
• Proficient in using any Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

• Familiarity with border labor market trends and compensation data analysis.
• Proven experience in using social media and other digital platforms for candidate sourcing.
