Your Job:
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will be the key Human Resources liaison for business leaders, promoting Koch's PBM philosophy and generating strategies in compensation, training, and labor relations. You will act as a strategic consultant in talent management and organizational change, ensuring compliance with labor policies and fostering an ethical work environment.
Our Team:
You'll join the CCS division based in Nogales, reporting to the Human Resources Manager. Our team collaborates closely with managers, supervisors, corporate entities, and educational institutions to enhance organizational culture and leadership effectiveness.
What You Will Do:
- Provide strategic advice to managers and supervisors to optimize organizational results and strengthen talent management.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and manage labor conflicts to promote an ethical and productive work environment.
- Facilitate development workshops and training sessions to disseminate the PBM culture and improve leadership effectiveness.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes to support effective talent acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with educational institutions for programs like internships and academic visits to promote the employer brand.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Psychology, Communication, or a related field, or verifiable experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR position.
- Advanced English proficiency (conversational).
- Competency in using digital HR tools and systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- More than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Self-directed with the ability to complete projects with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of the electronics and manufacturing industry.
- Coaching skills and the ability to identify and develop leaders.
