YOUR TASKS

• Define and clarify test related requirements with internal and external stakeholders in the form of specified project descriptions based on technical analysis.

• Follow up targets for test-related work with project management in terms of quality, cost and timming talking existing processes and methods into consideration and in agreement with superior.

• Plan and organize test-related work using prescribed methods and systems ensuring defined technical standards are kept within the framework of testing engineering and product specifications for test execution.

• Participates in the coordination of external service providers taking project targets (quality, cost, and time) into account.
  First point of contact for test-related work assigned.

• Developing complex test concepts and arranging the construction of test set-ups, models, and test circuits (electrical, hydraulic) for individual parts, assemblies, devices, and systems.

• Involvement in the processing of customer complaints about devices and production difficulties in agreement with main stakeholders (including quality assurance, assembly, laboratory).

• Involvement in risk assessment creation during the tendering stage based on the customer's qualification requirements, pointing out critical qualification requirements as well as deriving alternatives.

• Document and present test results executed of test-related work assigned, arrange, and organize the necessary test-related documentation.

• Support in the creation of design FMEA´s.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics engineering or similar. 

• 2-3 years of experience in the field of automotive testing.

• Knowledge of mechanical test systems and equipment, fluidics /hydraulics, environmental testing.

• Creativity, self-driven, problem solving, adaptability, continuous learning, and teamwork.

• Good communication skills (writing and spoken), negotiation is a plus.

• Experience conceptualizing and/or designing machines and/or test equipment.

• English language is a must; full competence is required.
