The Business Analysis Specialist I position is part of the Consulting family within the Business/Function Consulting track in the IT function. The person in this role will collaborate with business units or functional groups to clarify and communicate business requirements, ensuring products and services are aligned with business needs.
R?equirements:
- Over 4 years of experience in IT, business process, or consulting roles with proven success in project implementations.
- Knowledge of practices, policies, and procedures in their area.
- Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement.
- Experience with broad-based information systems and using tools to effect business change.
- Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days home office (mandatory)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to clarify and communicate requirements.
- Ensure products and services are aligned with business needs.
- Become a business or function specialist, being either a technology generalist or specialist.
- Provide services such as business process improvement, priority-setting facilitation, project definition or design, and manage IT and contract services.
- Solve moderately complex problems, perform independent analysis, and make decisions.
- Utilize technology to manage business/function processes.
- Understand how IT affects the organization and link it to redesigned business processes.
- Implement business process improvements using tools and techniques to effect change.
