We are looking for a highly qualified and proven experienced:

IT Systems Manager

Lead and manage our IT department.

· The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a track record of at least 10 years in the IT field, with a minimum of 4 years in a systems management position.

· This role is crucial to ensure the efficient and secure operation of our IT infrastructures both on-premise and in the cloud.

Requirements:

· University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in the area of information technology.

· English level C1 (essential).

· Availability to reside in Querétaro, Mexico.

Technical Knowledge:

· Software development, preferably in .NET technologies.

· Project Management experience.

· Management of high availability environments.

· Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS.

· Management of servers, communications and networks.

· Knowledge of IT business ecosystems (CRM, ERPs, onboarding, HR).

· Management of on-premise and cloud infrastructures.

· Management of technology and infrastructure service providers.

· Knowledge of Information security, preferably ISO or NIST standards.

Skills and Competencies:

· Leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in front of senior executives.

· Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with different managers in various English-speaking regions.

Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring compliance with objectives and operational efficiency.

· Collaborate with international teams on global projects and operations to ensure the global elements of IT strategy are successfully delivered in Mexico.

· Supervise the development, implementation and maintenance of software applications and systems.

· Manage and optimise IT infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud.

· Manage relationships with technology and infrastructure providers, ensuring quality and continuity of service.

· Implement and maintain security standards in compliance.

· Communicate and present technical and strategic reports to senior management.
