The IT and ERP Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. This role ensures the efficient functioning, security, and alignment of technological resources with the company's strategic objectives. The Coordinator will manage both daily IT operations and ERP system implementations, providing technical support, and facilitating cross-departmental communication.
Key Responsibilities:
?IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the daily operation of networks, servers, hardware, and software.
Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems.
Coordinate with vendors for IT maintenance, support, and upgrades.
ERP System Management:
Coordinate the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems.
Work with various departments to customize ERP solutions and address system issues.
Manage ERP updates, patches, and integration with other business applications.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to end-users for IT and ERP-related issues.
Manage a technical support team, if applicable, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
Training and Development:
Develop and deliver training programs for users on ERP systems and IT tools.
Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and best practices.
Information Security:
Implement and enforce IT security policies to protect organizational data and systems.
Conduct regular security audits and manage responses to security incidents.
Project Management:
Plan and oversee IT and ERP projects, including system upgrades and new implementations.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet specified requirements.
Process Improvement:
Analyze IT and ERP system performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in business processes.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the IT department, ERP team, and other business units to ensure alignment of technological needs with business objectives.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed documentation for IT and ERP systems, including configuration, procedures, and change logs.
Prepare and present reports on IT and ERP system performance and issues.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ERP certifications) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management and ERP system administration. Experience with project management is desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, WMS ) and IT infrastructure management.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
