More than 3 years of experience in:

• Perform regular maintenance and support activities on Talend applications with support from offshore team specialist.
• Monitor application performance and health using Splunk.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Talend and Splunk/Webmethods, with support from offshore team specialist.
• Implement updates, patches, and enhancements to Talend applications, with support from offshore team specialist.
• Create and maintain documentation related to maintenance and monitoring activities.
• Develop and execute monitoring strategies to ensure application reliability and performance, with support from offshore team specialist.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of applications.
• Provide timely and effective communication regarding the status and progress of maintenance tasks and monitoring activities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
