This role will support the Delivery and Transformation function for the Bank technology department.
This role will be in charge of supporting the delivery of service improvement efforts and initiatives within the technology department and support the Mexico CTO strategy for continuous improvement and transformation.
This role will interact with different technology teams including infrastructure, application management development, production support, information security, as well as compliance and risk departments of Bank.
Required skills:
At least 5+ years of professional experience with the delivery of initiatives, projects or improvement efforts.
Experience with technology solutions delivery, program or project management is highly desired.
Understanding of technology concepts including software development, application support, infrastructure and networks, is highly desired.
Experience within technology teams of Mexican Banking industry of fintech is highly desired.
Project management or leadership (management or team lead) experience supporting the delivery of technology projects or initiatives is required.
Bachelor degree in a information technology field such as software development, information systems, systems engineering.
Project management certifications is a plus.
Fluent in English (oral, written and reading) is required.
