Job Title: Sr SQL Developer
Location: Monterrey, Guadalajara, CDMX or Queretaro
English: Advanced Level
Work Mode: Hybrid
What do you need for this challenge?
Experience:
1. Proficiency in converting SSIS packages to Databricks on Azure - Mandatory.
2. Proficient in writing optimized SQL queries for large data sets - Mandatory.
3. Experienced in building SSAS cubes for large data sets - Mandatory.
4. Preferred experience in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting large, complex data from multiple systems and tools - Mandatory.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams across countries and build relationships to enhance resolution times - Mandatory.
6. A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related field, with experience working in IT systems.
7. 3 to 5 years of work experience in Azure and SQL server.
8. Strong knowledge of SQL and Azure, with exposure to complex data reconciliations being a plus.
9. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and logical thinking, with a positive approach to quickly developing solutions.
10. Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Power Pivots.
11. Knowledge of Insurance/Reinsurance technical accounting is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree: Systems Engineer or related
