Role: .NET Legacy and Core Developer Solutions Lead

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. Hybrid 3-day office, 2-day HO.

?Details of the role:

.NET Legacy and Core Developer Solutions Lead to drive the modernization and maintenance of our software solutions. This role requires deep expertise in .NET technologies, including both legacy frameworks, working with SQL database to extract and modify query's. Knowledge of TriZetto Communication Systems (TCS)

Key responsibilities:

· Lead the development, maintenance, and modernization of legacy .NET and .NET Core applications.

· Architect and design scalable, high-performance solutions while maintaining business continuity.

· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and project scope.

· Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and high code quality.

· Perform system analysis to identify technical debt and plan migrations to modern .NET technologies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and business analysts to drive successful project implementations.

· Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with industry best practices.

· Optimize and enhance existing applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues related to legacy and modern .NET systems.

· Stay updated with the latest trends in .NET development and provide technical recommendations.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

· Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

· Solving problems, production support, help on key issues, help with technical burden for existing manager.

· Overall keeping application/system currency up to date and highly functional.

· Take care of Day-to-Day delivery and issues

· Understanding customer problems and providing solutions to solve them

· Lead the team to support SREs on client technologies.

· Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Required Skills:

• [must] Technical proficiency and working experience in TriZetto Communication Systems (TCS) or Quadient Inspire
• .Net CORE Framework (C#) (6+ years) and .Net legacy frameworks
• SQL Database (6+ years)
• Effective communication, analytical, documentation and conceptual thinking skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to have skills:

• Understanding of US Healthcare domain.

• Communication experience in Healthcare
